I'll have a lot more to say about that when all the pictures get developed, but I need to say this right now: Laura makes the best damn delicious carrot cake with cream cheese icing EVER!
I will gladly declare right here that I am more than happy to consume the cast-off icing orphans that Tudor meticulously scraped from his cake. Seriously. Anytime. Because who doesn't like cream cheese icing? I mean really?
