Zen Master, Me

Tonight Alysia and I are going to try out some Yoga.

We are not women who normally bend in pretzel shapes, nor would we wish to bend in said ways. In fact we wouldn't wish it on our worst enemy. Not even Ty. However, we've both been feeling sluggish (even though she's been dancing it up during musical rehearsals and I've just been a lazy lady), so we've going to go brave the new yoga class on campus.

Hopefully there will NOT be an over population of "ponytails" (female equivalent of "chuckleheads"), and hopefully we survive and don't pull anything we didn't know we had.

Full update to come. Wish us luck.

Alice [the delightful wee one I babysat], her dad practiced yoga and randomly throughout the day she would just start doing downward facing dog or something. Of course, it's not good enough to do it alone, sra must do it as well. So I learned a bit of yoga from a toddler a littler under two.

Yoga is pretty good... it takes a while before you really see the difference. Stupid school keeps me from taking it... Anyways, good luck!
